Our advanced factories offer from sand castings, investment lost wax castings (both Sodium Silicate Process and Silica Gel Process), pressure die castings, to forgings. We have experience in wide range of materials used for casting, Ferrous Metals (stainless steel, alloy steel, ductile iron and grey iron) and Non-ferrous Metals (brass, aluminum, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy).
All manufactures have internal testing equipments to provide material properties certification, from SPK direct reading instrument analyzers, metallurgical analyzers, tensile strength testers to hardness testers. Some of the machines includes medium frequency induction furnaces, wax injection machines, die-casting machines ranging from 250 to 1,600 metric tons, shot blasters. We also offer heat treatment and proper precision machining capabilities. The goal is provide full services from product sample development to finish components under one quality control system.
